ACC Levy Reduction Incentive Coming for HWSA
The synergy between health and safety compliance and business risk management is very powerful and ACC have advised that they will be releasing new levy reduction incentives with up to 50% savings for businesses that comply with the HSWA legislation. These will only apply to businesses that have health and safety plans in place that comply with the Act and that meet the criteria established by ACC – this relates to the businesses’ accident record and ACC claims for their staff.
